Returns & Exchanges
At Brunch, we want you to love your look as much as your Sunday morning; if your fit isn't perfect, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original mailer or a similar protective envelope.
Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
